Employee of the Month for February 2024!

- Megan is very helpful to all departments at all times.
- Megan is that employee that goes above and beyond her daily responsibilities. She is one of the first to volunteer to help in any capacity. Recently she helped the Accounting Department with 1099's, quick to answer questions for clarity, helped set up last months employee appreciation event, and last but not least - took care of most of the Clean Up Spots designated through out the office to include filing papers she knew nothing about. She shows up to work and when she cannot she will make arrangements in advance. She does all this with a smile on her face and a positive attitude.
- Meg is always hands on and she is ALWAYS there to help whenever she is needed. Not only is she a vital member of the reservations team, but to all departments as well!!
- Megan is great with the guests and has been very helpful teaching me the ropes!
- Megan is reliable and diligent. She always ready to tackle any project she is assigned and supports her fellow coworkers.
About Megan:
Megan, originally from Camden, North Carolina, cherished her upbringing just an hour away from the picturesque Outer Banks. Her childhood and adolescent years were filled with joyful vacations and later, meaningful work experiences on the island. In the summer of 2022, she became a valuable member of the Beach Realty team.
When Megan isn't busy managing reservations, orchestrating destination weddings, and ensuring seamless vacation experiences for clients, she delights in spending quality time with her daughter. Together, they often indulge in their shared love for Disney movies, finding comfort and joy in their familiar tales on repeat.
