This bonus room can be locked off from the upstairs living area for privacy, if desired.

Other outdoor features include sunbathing decks, 2 hammocks, corn hole game, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower. In the evening enjoy the spectacular sunset and later gaze up at the stars.
