Starting in 2020, Beach Realty is using a new system to measure our employee's success and reward them appropriately. Part of that initiative includes introducing an employee of the month! Each month our staff takes a vote for who they think deserves some recognition.
This month, our winner is Lee Cornelius! Lee joined our Service Department in April of 2019 as a Service Coordinator and has been spreading kindness and positivity since. Thank you for your awesome attitude and even better customer service skills. Keep up the great work Ms. Lee!
