With 2022 Summer availability filling up at a record pace, we suggest making your 2022 vacation plans sooner rather than later to guarantee you get to spend quality time at the beach with those you love most. Here are some reasons why we highly recommend booking as early as possible.
You know how the saying goes. . . the early bird gets the worm. Well in this case, the early bird gets the best vacation home! Starting your vacation rental search early provides you with the best selection and variety of homes. Sought after amenities, such as a private pool
, hot tub
, pet friendly
, rec room
and of course, oceanfront
are the first to go. Lock down your best vacation home that'll make everyone in the family happy!
First right of refusal
Love the home you are staying in now? We are happy to offer our guests who stay with us this year the first option to reserve the same home for next year for the corresponding week. You will have until check out to confirm your intention to rent for the following year then the week will be released to the public.
Easy Payment Schedule
Reserving early allows you the convenience of an easy payment schedule. Rather than the normal 50% down upon booking, you will only owe 25%! The next payment of 25% will be due on October 1st and the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Relax knowing that your payments will automatically be drafted on each due date, no need to remember to call or go online, we've got that handled.
Enjoy longer anticipation phase
Booking early allows you to better plan your vacation and takes the stress out of scrambling to find a last minute vacay. Once you know where you are going to stay, you can search local activities and restaurants and plan accordingly. Plus, you'll have all winter to dream about relaxing by the ocean and know you have something to look forward to to! I think it makes those long winter months go by alittle faster!
Lock in your rate
In 2021, with the demand higher than ever, weekly rental discounts were almost non-existent. In fact, similar to other travel industries, rental rates went up as availability decreased and we anticipate the same trend in 2022.
