Year To Date Comparison
Below is a year to date comparison for 2018 to the same period in 2017. This time period is from January 1 through December 31. Please keep in mind that these figures represent our entire MLS area and that all markets are local. We did sell slightly less units for slightly more volume but all in all, it was a flat year. Our market enjoyed a few years of a slowly declining inventory but this year it saw an increase. Interest rates are ticking up and my guess is that our market will see activity and levels similar to 2018. I wish I had a crystal ball.
