Starting this year, Beach Realty is using a new system to measure our employee's success and reward them appropriately. Part of that initiative includes introducing an employee of the month! Each month our staff takes a vote for who they think deserves some recognition.
This month, our winner is Charles Hammer! Charles joined our Service Department last year as a Service Coordinator. He has been a positive addition to the department and we are lucky to have him. He works fast and efficiently and brings some personality to our office. Keep up the great work Charles!
