Starting this year, Beach Realty is using a new system to measure our employee's success and reward them appropriately. Part of that initiative includes introducing an employee of the month! Each month our staff takes a vote for who they think deserves some recognition.
This month, our winner is Jerry Stephens! Jerry joined our Service Department over ten years ago as a Service Technician. Even though he is the oldest member of our team, he certainly doesn't act like it! Thank you for your amazing work ethic, attention to detail, and contagious sense of humor!
