Beach Realty likes to close out each year by recognizing our staff for their hard work. We throw a staff party and award each member of our staff for their unique position they bring to the company. We also crown a manager and employee of the year.

Tiffany Moldovan - Manager of the Year, Jason Ward - General Manager, and Angela Rawls - Employee of the Year.

Manager of The Year

Our manager of the year is our Kitty Hawk Rental Manager, Tiffany Moldovan! Tiffany doesn't just manage our Kitty Hawk office, she trains every new manager we have and makes sure they transition smoothly. She has created many great processes and streamlined our reservationists as well. There isn't much she can't do! Thank you for your hard work and dedication Tiffany!

Employee of The Year

Our employee of the year is Angela Rawls, a Marketing Coordinator! She is our go-to tech support when our printers aren't printing, our phones aren't working, or our computers are acting up. She also manages our social media accounts, updates the website, helps onboard new employees, and much more. Thanks for being so dependable, Angela!

Million Dollar Producers

Where would any vacation rental company be without their reservation staff? These ladies work hard to serve our guests year-round. Out of everyone, these two ladies booked over a million dollars in reservations for 2019!

Tamarra Shau

Originally from Jamaica, hospitality runs in Tamarra's veins! In 2019 she booked 369 reservations resulting in $1.2 million dollars of rental income only working part-time! As if that isn't impressive enough, she has booked over a million dollars in reservations five years a row! Keep up the great work Tamarra!

Lynn Pinner

Only working part-time, Lynn is the glue that keeps our Kitty Hawk reservations staff together. She works the weekends in the Winter so the other staff can enjoy their time off. This year, she booked 311 reservations resulting in 1.1 million dollars in rental income! Thanks for your hard work, Lynn!
