For the second year in a row, Joanne Kepler was named the Beach Realty & Construction / Kitty Hawk Rentals Agent of the Year. Joanne was licensed in 1995 and began her real estate career with Beach Realty in 2005. Over the past 15 years, Joanne has worked hard to establish herself as an industry leader and real estate expert.
