Dear Guests and Homeowners,

The National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for parts of our covered area. We are currently monitoring the status of the weather via the National Hurricane Center website.

If you are currently on the Outer Banks, please ensure your doors and windows are secured along with trashcans or any other exterior items that could be damaged, or cause damage due to high winds.

If you will be arriving to the Outer Banks tomorrow (Friday 9/30) or through the weekend (10/1 & 10/2), we anticipate a regular check-in process, however there is a probability of tropical storm like conditions including heavy rain and high winds with potential flooding in flood-prone areas.  At this time, there are no evacuation orders for any of our covered areas.  Currently, we are experiencing a windy and overcast Thursday at the Beach. We are actively monitoring the storm's forecasted track, where there is still much uncertainty. Please continue to monitor the weather conditions from the National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service - and local county emergency management websites: Dare & Currituck County, where you can also sign up for text alerts.

You may also check back with us on our Alerts page for updates as we receive them from our local authorities.

Thank you and please stay safe.  If you have any concerns, please reach out via phone, text or email. Please understand our staff cannot predict any future weather conditions or expected impacts of the storm.
