This one level property is ideal and well equipped for our handicapped guests. It has a full ramp to use to gain access into the property. The carpet is great for wheelchairs and the doorways are wide inside the house. The house has two bedrooms and one bath on either side of the greatroom, where you will find a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area with a very nice bar for eating around. The bedrooms are very open and comfortable. Your walk to the beach is approximately 400 yards from the house. There is a double carport and outside shower with a great screened porch outside the main living area at the back of the house where you can enjoy that good book or morning coffee. There is also a nice hot tub on on the deck for those looking to relax after that day at the beach.
