Welcome to Ebony and Ivory, a house updated in 2011 with a private pool, new floors and furniture throughout. The pool area has a gas grill, picnic table, lounge chairs, two bistro tables with chairs and an assortment of other chairs and tables. The top floor inside is a great room with two decks (one screened in) with good views of the ocean. There is a well-stocked kitchen with black granite counters and crisp-looking white cabinets, a table that seats 10 to 12, a smaller table for four, and four seats at the kitchen counter. Downstairs there are two master bedrooms, each with its own bath. One bath has a Jacuzzi and the other a large new walk-in shower. There are two twin rooms, one completely redecorated. The other twin room will be converted to a queen bedroom for the 2013 season. The final bedroom has new bunk beds and white furniture. Outside there are two large showers, a charcoal grill and a basketball hoop.

Amenities include TVs with DVD players in four of the five bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large flat-screen TV with a Wii system and many games, a library of videos, books and games, free access to Netflix through the Wii, free Internet access, a printer and a fax machine. 266 yards to beach access. Military and Senior Discount available. 10% discount for repeat renters.
