Easy Living is furnished with over stuffed furniture and an abundantly outfitted kitchen. There is also an ice maker. Even a beverage fridge on the mid level in the cabinet by the TV. Separate living areas on each floor and 3 large furnished screened porches offer everyone a cool breeze or a quiet corner. 2 Metal Cribs, 2 High Chairs, 2 strollers and changing table will keep our younger guests happy, too!
Three of the six bedrooms are handicap friendly with storage space for easy access. These bedrooms each offer a bathroom with roll in showers. Each of the 3 levels of the house has a handicap friendly bedroom and bath. A fabulous 12'x4' dining table is wheelchair friendly. Front loading washer and dryer make laundry a breeze!
This is a beautifully furnished home that can be appreciated all year long. So kick back, relax and book it now! This is not your typical beach house! "Easy Living" is a very sophisticated comfortable beach home. We even have a special "napping porch" with 2 outdoor daybeds. The pool (14'x28') is ready for your relaxation in or out on the furniture around the pool. The gas grill is located on the top level; off of the dining room. When you are ready for that all important day at the beach(just 350 yards away) - jump in the golf cart and motor down with beach chairs and umbrellas already at the house for your convenience. Also for that adventure use one of the adult bikes provided to tour the area. If you really want an adventure there are kayaks with paddles and life vests so enjoy a new way of seeing the area waters.
