Great Ocean Views from the decks of this high elevation classic beach house! Private Pool is 15' x 30' and fenced in for privacy. Hot Tub is on the mid level deck. All bedrooms on the mid level have direct deck access. The downstairs Bunk Room has a separate covered entry. The detached bunk room/game room has a pool table and also has 2 twin beds with trundles and a full bathroom and mini fridge. This room has access to the pool and the patio. (This room is not accessible from the main living area.) Just a short walk to the beach access! Extras include a media center on the top level, multiple TVs, a loft area above the living area. Outside you'll enjoy the fish cleaning table, an outside shower and a picnic table.
