Whether you choose to relax by the luxurious private pool, retreat to one of the six King master bedroom suites for a much-needed nap or quiet time, or be adventurous and cane pole fish for bass and catfish at the nearby community pond, your every need is addressed beyond your expectations both inside and outside this beautifully appointed home.

Location is key at BEACH CABANA. You are just minutes from great restaurants and shopping, whether you're heading up to Duck or Corolla, or visiting Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills. You'll be back at Beach Cabana in no time.

After a day of fun and sun on the beach, relax in the PRIVATE POOL (heated by a heat pump, requiring an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees to heat the pool) or soak in your private hot tub. An outside bathroom by the pool adds convenience after a day at the beach. The beautiful covered Cabana Bar features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV that swivels for better viewing, a refrigerator, microwave, sink (with hot and cold water), and a table with high bar stools under the roof, plus bar stools around the front side of the bar area. This setup is perfect for poolside festivities, enhanced by rope lighting for evening gatherings.

Get everyone together after dinner in the GAME ROOM, equipped with a pool table, microwave, icemaker, and wet bar for special family time with games and activities. With 12 smart TVs equipped with Roku streaming and local cable channels, everyone can watch their own shows or gather in the main room for movie time. The Theater Room features a Blu-ray player, surround sound, a 60" flat-screen TV, and beautiful theater seating.

Beach Cabana has everything to make your visit enjoyable, including a stereo, wireless internet access, Nintendo, gas grill, and multiple levels of decks. Every member of your family will find their needs met in abundance. Bring your four-legged family members (dogs) to enjoy your Outer Banks trip at Beach Cabana with the family.

The pool size is 28x14. Other amenities include an elevator (dimensions: 3x4 inside car), 2 washers, 2 dryers, theater seating for 7 with Blu-ray movies, Xbox, beach chairs, and beach cart, game table, covered deck, color-changing LED pool lights, Cabana Bar with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and sink. Watch the deer pass by while having a cool drink and rocking away the afternoon. The beach is only 150 yards away.

Ground Level: In-ground pool with lounge chairs and hot tub, outside pool powder bathroom, outside shower, elevator access.

Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (Kid's Room) with TV, full bath, four King master bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs, and access to decks. Rec room with pool table, sitting area with TV, wet bar with mini fridge, and access to decks.

Upper Level: Spacious living room with flat-screen TV, large kitchen with bar seating, dining room table seating 16, King master bedroom with private bathroom, TV, and deck access. Another King master bedroom with private bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub, TV, and deck access. Half bath in the living room, and a grill on the 2nd-floor decks. Gas fireplace for use Nov. - Apr. only.
