I am a small home, close to the beach just 500 yards away, with a spacious living area and ceilings that go up another story or so. The upper level (where 2 of the bedrooms are located) is a half level so you can see the people in the living area below you. It's also a great place to look at the water. Large decks with furniture to sit and relax in the great out doors. It would make the perfect vacation home for a small family. Small dogs are optional, but they are welcome here. I am a home for the whole family. This home is located approximately 500 yards from the beach.
