This home was built to enjoy the sound, by walking down to and out over the sound on the pier & dock or enjoying the amazing views from the kitchen or the sun room; sunsets at Cooks Castle are unforgettable.

'Family Tradition' offers 2 master suites among its 4 bedrooms. Both masters offer King beds. The additional bedrooms offer a queen and one with 2 twins. The home also offers day bed w/trundle. Once you are out of bed, you will find 'Family Tradition' filled with amenities to help you entertain and enjoy your day.

When you are ready to leave the house, you'll find the ocean and beach (197 yards away) or community pool a short distance away. Tennis access is available for a fee.

Whether you spend your days in the house, surveying the sound, basking on the beach, crabbing on the dock, or swimming in the Sanderling pool, you will find something for everyone.
