"Sound Waves" formerly "Tierra del Sol" is a delightful Beach House Resort that sits high on a dune with panoramic views of the ocean and sound. Located 3 lots back (150 yards) from the Oceanfront and about a minute's walk to the beach.

You will find beach chairs, beach cart, toys and umbrella already at the house for your day at the beach. Enjoy this spacious house with all the extra amenities to enhance your home-away-from home vacation experience. It's your choice of spending sunny days on the beach with sandbars or at your own private pool (16' x 38' ) and a semi-private new new 5-Person HOT TUB located on the 2nd level deck. Cabana and half bath by poolside. Lots of pool games, floats and lounge chairs by the pool.

At the end of the day, relax and have cold drinks, have dinner under the Gazebo on the top deck, while enjoying the beautiful sunset view with your family and friends.
