Our housekeeping department provides quality services using bonded and insured local businesses to provide cleaning services for your home.  This allows us to offer a higher level of cleanliness and security for your home. 

Communication

Management and staff always return calls and emails promptly. There is someone available 7 days a week to assist you or your guests. All calls are answered by a live person. All departments work together with you to offer the best possible solutions for your questions or concerns. 

General Services

Beach Realty and Kitty Hawk Rentals offer homeowners a variety of assorted services from changing light bulbs to remodeling projects.  Each homeowner is encouraged to individually decide what type of services most fit his own expectations and those of his customers.  Most commonly provided are services such as Security Deposit Inspections, Filter and Bulb changing, Linen Service, Hurricane Preparation Plan and Home Inspections monthly.

Reservations Sales Training
