We know how important Air Conditioning can be in the middle of the summer. We have a full-time HVAC professional on staff to solve AC problems efficiently and quickly.

The security of your home is very important to us. That’s why in 2013 we offer Keyless Entry Oracode systems inclusive to your contract.

Pool & Spa

Kitty Hawk Rentals employs in-house pool & spa professionals who have proven themselves to be the best at what they do! Our professionals operate at an outstanding 0.01% call back rate from 2010-2012.

In addition to cleaning and maintaining your pool and spa systems, our professionals keep an eye out for the cleanliness and security of your property.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping department guarantees a clean home. Kitty Hawk Rentals’ guests have high expectations about the cleanliness of their vacation homes and we expect nothing short of perfection from our cleaners. This is why we employ only trusted and loyal vendors who deliver beyond their expectations every time they enter your home.

When it comes to linens, we believe no guest should have to supply their own linens – that’s why in 2013 we offer sheets and towels as an inclusive to your contract!

In order to do our part for the environment, our cleaners are recommended to use Eco-friendly products when cleaning your home

Required Items:

At Kitty Hawk Rentals, we recognize our guests expect certain amenities in their rental cottage.  We encourage our owners to provide any and every amenity you would enjoy on a vacation.  We do have a required items checklist encompassing all expected amenities in the following categories.

Bedding/Accessories, Bathroom Accessories, Living/Dining Areas, Dinnerware, Glassware, Cookware: Kitchen Tools/Accessories, Small Appliances, Utility, Miscellaneous.
