We expanded on a good theme here, enlarging the entire footprint
of the house, placing decks on all sides of the house at each level,
enclosing the hot tub in a gazebo that overlooks the really big
pool with the really big deck. The larger bedrooms and master baths
allow for the space requirements of a person in a wheel chair or
walker. Oh, and there's the elevator - this house is intended to
be barrier-free. Renters love it!
